    The bride is the daughter of Mary and Phillip Gardner of Elizabethtown.

    The groom is the son of Lindsey Floyd of Hodgenville and Sue Floyd of Columbus, Ind.

    The bride is the daughter of Brian and Bonnie Ellis of Provo.

    The groom is the son of  Kirk and Brenda Chadwick of Elizabethtown.

  • Becks announce birth of grandson

    Josephine and Patrick Beck of Vine Grove announce the birth of a grandson, Nehemiah Joseph Allen Beck, on Sept. 12, 2013, at Tennova Women’s Pavillion in Tennessee. He weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces and was 20 inches long.

    Parents are Joseph and Deljohn Beck of Powell, Tenn.

    He has a brother, the late Breantleh Glenn Edward Beck.

    Additional grandparents are Brenda and Bo Williams of Flaherty.

  • Radcliff Woman’s Club members host Bunco

    The Radcliff Woman’s Club hosted a Bunco for Beginners night Sept. 9 at Colvin Community Center. All those in attendance had a good time.

    Membership Chairwoman Sheila Enyart briefly explained the rules of Bunco. She was followed by Emma Rosenkrantz, who is well versed in Bunco and provided a more detailed explanation regarding points and what constituted a win.

    Participants went from table to table, forming new partners as they went along.
