As I write this on Tuesday afternoon, we are having a beautiful and comfortable day. We will try to enjoy it to the fullest as the weatherman is promising us extremely hot weather for the rest of the week. This hot, dry weather is taking its toll on our gardens, crops and everything. We are greatly in need of a good “root soaking” rain, but I have heard of no prospect of rain soon.
