    Dewight and Marla Glover of Vine Grove announce the birth of a great-grandson, Juan Scott Cornett III, on Jan. 12, 2013, in Elizabethtown. He weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces and was 20 inches long.

    Parents are Melanie Kawehilani Morales and Juan Scott Cornett Jr. of Radcliff.

    Grandparents are Sandra Ann N. Glover, Etta Cornett and Juan Cornett Sr., all of Vine Grove.

    Additional great-grandmother is Kathryn Cornett of Columbus, Ohio.

    Great-great-grandmother is Emily N. Pall of Nanakuli, Hawaii.

    Tim and Tammy Stearsman of Louisville announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their son, Brandon Stearsman of Cottontown, Tenn., to Samantha Arnold of Springfield, Tenn., daughter of Sam Arnold and Betty Williams of Springfield.

    The wedding is at noon April 28, 2013, at Degraffinried Auditorium in Russellville with a reception to follow.
