Happy Mother’s Day. I hope everyone enjoys the day, either being a mother or celebrating one.
The April rain seems to have come a month late. I guess it is still good for the gardens. It makes it very muddy for planting.

BIRTHDAYS. Happy birthday wishes go to Leo Dailey, John Owens, Celia Meadows, Autumn Bassette, Bobbi Walker, Jeff Bainbridge, Larry White, Amy Adams, Luann Brashear, Lettie Lamkin and Bashar Masri.

Hope everyone is having a great day, thinking positively and Thanking God for the many blessings we many times overlook, in the hurry, hurry world we are living in. When I go into the grocery, I can’t move too quickly anymore, but when I see the younger ladies, I see them practically running with their carts to get the items needed as quickly as possible.

Hello friends. I have enjoyed the weather this week. It’s been warm with a little rain, but we need it for the gardens and the flowers. You know the old saying, “April showers bring May flowers.”

APPRECIATION. Michell Grimes appreciates everyone who came out to the old school building to share in his birthday celebration.
