The KA Drama Sanctuary presents its latest theatrical production “Gleaning” Saturday at the Har­din County Schools Performing Arts Center.

A modern-day adaption of the Biblical story of Ruth, the play revolves around the matriarch of a military family as she struggles to hold her family together in the face of tragedy.

In addition to the play, Saturday’s event also includes comedian Kim­berly Thompson serving as a master of ceremonies and comedian Tamara Thomas performing during intermission.

Doors open at 4 p.m. and the show begins at 5 p.m. Tickets are $30 and can be purchased online at
