  • The North Hardin Lions Club and the American Legion Auxiliary have joined forces with Home Depot and selected private citizens to raise funds to cover postage to mail comfort items to deployed soldiers in Afghanistan.

  • Brad Thor will speak at Barr Memorial Library at 6 p.m. Wed­nesday as a part of the Authors at Your Library series at the Fort Knox facility.
