  • On April 24, I went to the emergency room at Hardin Memorial Health because I had been experiencing abdominal pain all day long, which had since migrated to my right side.
After the ever-present waiting period, I was seen by Dr. Dishaw and nurse Christina who did an initial evaluation and sent me for a CT scan. After reading the results and consulting with other doctors, Dr. Dishaw advised me that I had a very inflamed appendix and was scheduled for surgery.
His manner was very down-to-earth and informative of what was about to take place.
