    The bride-to-be is a 2007 graduate of Elizabethtown High School and a 2012 graduate of Western Kentucky University. She is a fourth-grade teacher at Morningside Elementary School.
    The prospective groom is a 2007 graduate of Elizabethtown High School. He is employed at Miles Ahead Construction.

    SPECIAL DAY.  One year ago today, mine and Cory’s life changed forever. We welcomed our baby girl, Chloe Marie to the world. There is nothing more wonderful than being a parent. Today we will celebrate her birthday at Freeman Lake with a party. Happy first birthday to our baby girl.

  • Jacqueline and Michael Wilson of Radcliff announce the birth of a daughter, Abigail Nicole Wilson, on May 15, 2014, at Hardin Memorial Hospital. She weighed 5 pounds, 1 ounce and was 17 inches long.
    Grandparents are James and Phyllis Wilson and Jack and Norma Jones.

  • AUSA State President Gene Gudenkauf presents a $50 Visa gift card to Crystal Porter during the nineth annual Hooray for Heroes celebration May 17 in Radcliff. The Fort Knox Chapter of AUSA hosted a booth at the event and the gift card was a door prize.

  • Susan Bowen, administrative assistant for the commission, left, Hardin County AM Rotary member Jason Bowen, right, and club President Daniel Tabb, far right, welcome Wesley Wright, director of the Hardin County Planning and Zoning Commission, who spoke to members at the May 9 meeting. The Commission is made up of five citizen members who are appointed by Fiscal Court. The meetings are Tuesdays twice each month in the meeting room on the second floor of the R.R. Thomas Government Building.  Hearings and meeting are open to the public.
