Republican Kentucky Governor Matt Bevin carried Hardin County over Democratic challenger Andy Beshear, 16,018 to 14,524.

Libertarian John Hicks has 710 votes.

In the Attorney General race, Hardin County native Daniel Cameron, a Republican, finished with 19,874 votes to Democratic candidate Greg Stumbo's 11,161.

In the 18th District state representative race, Samara Heavrin, a Republican, has 3,645 votes and Becky Miller, a Democrat, 2,540. Heavrin also carried 20 of the 22 precincts in Grayson County to win the House seat vacated by Tim Moore. She received 60.2 percent of votes cast in the district.
