Running Soles LLC of Elizabethtown received the Kentucky Small Business Development Center Pacesetter award for their exemplary business practices and growth.
The Kentucky Celebrates Small Business awards ceremony recognizes the accomplishments of the state’s entrepreneurs. This joint celebration between the U.S. Small Business Administration and the delevopment center honors both SBDC Pacesetters and SBA award winners.
Lt. Governor Jenean Hampton, Development center State Director Kristina Joyce, SBA acting District Director Robert Coffey and small business supporters from across the state gathered Wednesday, May 8, in the Capitol rotunda to honor Running Soles with a Traditional Business Pacesetter award.
Running Soles LLC is a family and veteran-owned business. It also is the first natural/balanced running store in Kentucky and the only specialty running store in Hardin County. The company steadily has grown in both sales and profits since its inception and recently was named SBA Veteran-Owned Small Business of the Year.
