A Vine Grove woman has been indicted by a Hardin County grand jury following a September car crash while she reportedly was under the influence of intoxicants.

April Blair, 48, was indicted on three Class D felony counts of first-degree wanton endangerment – one count for placing the person in a vehicle she struck in danger as well as two children in her vehicle who were younger than 10.

She also was indicted for first offense driving under the influence of intoxicants and failure to produce an insurance card.

According to her indictment, Blair refused “a test of her breath or blood.”

She is out of jail on a $5,000 cash bond. As part of her bond conditions, she is not to drive.
