3 indicted for reported robbery in May

ANDERSON, GARRETT, CASEY

Three area men were indicted by a Hardin County grand jury last week for reportedly robbing a man at gunpoint in May.

Talik Anderson, 21, of Hodgenville, Nicholas Garrett, 20, of Vine Grove and Paysor Casey, 19, of Radcliff were indicted for complicity to commit a May 31 robbery — a Class B felony punishable by 10 to 20 years in prison, if convicted.

Anderson and Garrett remain in the Hardin County Detention Center in lieu of $10,000 cash bonds. Casey was released June 14 on a $10,000 unsecured bond.

• Natasha Switzer, 29, Eliza­beth­town, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance – methamphetamine; first-degree possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine; receiving a stolen firearm; first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

• James Marshall, 35, Elizabeth­town, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance – methamphetamine; first-degree possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine; receiving a stolen firearm; receiving stolen property more than $500 and less than $10,000.

• William Boone, 30, Eastview, com­plicity to receiving stolen property more than $500 and less than $10,000.

• Kayla Boone, 23, Eastview, complicity to receiving stolen property more than $500 and less than $10,000; second-degree persistent felony offender.

• Melissa Jordan, 37, Vine Grove, flagrant nonsupport.

• Charles Whitlow, 33, Radcliff, first-degree possession of a controlled substance – drug unspecified; possession of drug paraphernalia; violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO.

• Eric Graham, 36, Louisville, third-degree burglary; possession of burglary tools.

• David Hill, 39, Elizabethtown, first-degree criminal mischief; first-degree wanton endangerment; violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO.

• Michael Durbin, 35, Louisville, po­ss­ession of marijuana; tampering with physical evidence; first-degree promoting contraband; first-degree persistent felony offender.

• Joseph Daugherty, 19, Hodgen­ville, receiving stolen property $10,000 or more; reckless driving; no operator’s license; first-degree wanton endangerment of a police officer; first-degree wanton endangerment; endangering the welfare of a minor; first offense driving under the influence of intoxicants; first-degree fleeing or evading police in a motor vehicle.

• Steve Wiseman, 46, Boston, Ken­tucky, receiving stolen property more than $500 and less than $10,000.

• Timothy Wickstrom, 45, Lex­ing­ton, trafficking in marijuana less than 8 ounces; second-degree possession of a controlled substance — psilocybin; second-degree possession of a controlled substance – ecstasy; possession of drug paraphernalia; child abandonment; second-degree wanton endangerment.

• Twine Haines, 52, Louisville, theft by unlawful taking less than $500; possession of drug paraphernalia; first-degree possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine.
