Three Elizabethtown men were indicted last week by a Hardin County grand jury for three separate incidents involving strangulation – a Class C felony that became law on June 27.

Timothy Spencer, 39, was indicted for strangulation and third offense within five years fourth-degree assault – domestic violence, a Class D felony punishable by one to five years in prison, if convicted.

He was indicted for a July 22 incident involving a woman.

Also indicted for first-degree strangulation were Darnell Thompson, 53, from a July 7 allegation involving a man and Kendrick Johnson, 20, from a July 30 report involving a woman. Johnson also was indicted for fourth-degree assault – domestic violence, a misdemeanor.

• Jerome Chubb, 51, Tampa, Florida, first-­degree fleeing or evading police in a motor vehicle; first-degree wanton endangerment of a police officer; first-degree possession of a controlled substance – cocaine.

• Tyler Davis, 18, Radcliff, first-degree wanton endangerment; first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, controlled substance.

• Lawrence Smith, 37, Radcliff, first-degree wanton endangerment; third-degree terroristic threatening.

• Jordan Geary, 22, Louisville, second-degree escape.

• George Hanes, 44, Vine Grove, first-degree possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine.

• Rasha Hardwick, 23, Brent, Alabama, first-degree possession of a controlled substance – cocaine; first offense driving under the influence of intoxicants.

• Christopher Young, 36, Cecilia, first-degree possession of a controlled substance – heroin.

• Nora Miller, 40, Elizabethtown, first offense driving under the influence of intoxicants; first-degree wanton endangerment; third-degree possession of a controlled substance – drug unspecified.

• Jessica Lynn Jaggers, 25, Canmer, giving an officer false identifying information; complicity to receiving stolen property more than $500 and less than $10,000.

• Omar Hillman, 36, Lake Placid, Florida, third-degree assault; first-degree possession of a controlled substance – cocaine; first-degree persistent felony offender.

• Kelly King, 31, Bradenton, Florida, first-degree possession of a controlled substance – cocaine.

• Sarah Butler, 31, Upton, first-degree possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine; first offense driving under the influence of intoxicants; possession of drug paraphernalia; unauthorized use of a vehicle.

• Steven Robbins, 31, Elizabethtown, first-­degree possession of a controlled substance — meth­amphetamine; second-degree possession of a controlled substance – drug unspecified; driving on suspended or revoked license; failure to register transfer of motor vehicle.

• Charles Rakes, 56, Vine Grove, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance – meth­amphetamine.

• Schawn Millin, 42, Elizabethtown, first-­degree possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine; possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Trevante Garris, 25, Jamestown, subsequent offender trafficking more than 8 ounces and less than 5 pounds of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Dalando Hackle, 44, Cincinnati, second-degree persistent felony offender.
