A Louisville man arrested in April and charged with first-degree rape and sexual abuse has been indicted by a Hardin County grand jury.

Guy Puccio, 53, was indicted last week for first-degree rape and first-degree sexual abuse of a person younger than 16, the indictment said. The “sexual contact through the use of forcible compulsion” allegedly occurred between January 2011 and December 2013.

First-degree rape is a Class B felony, while first-degree sexual abuse is a Class D felony. Class B felonies in Kentucky are punishable by 10 to 20 years in prison. A Class D felony is punishable by one to five years in prison.

• Andres Little Hawk Reyes, 20, Elizabethtown, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; illegal possession of drug paraphernalia – firearm enhanced; failure to notify state transportation officials of address change.

• Christopher Deontay Sea­wright, 21, Elizabethtown, trafficking in marijuana, less than 8 ounces, gun enhanced; illegal possession of drug paraphernalia.
