An Indianapolis man was arrested Tuesday afternoon after leading police on a three-county chase.
Mikeal Givan, 26, now faces two felony charges related to the chase.
A Hodgenville Police Department officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a 2012 Dodge Charger driven by Givan on Ky. 210 when he failed to stop and fled from police.
Units from multiple jurisdictions pursued the suspect into Hardin County on Lincoln Parkway and then onto Interstate 65 North where he eventually was stopped near the 106-mile marker in Bullitt County, according to Hodgenville police.
He is charged with first-degree wanton endangerment and first-degree fleeing or evading police in a motor vehicle — Class D felonies punishable by one to five years in prison, if convicted. He also is charged with driving on a suspended or revoked license and several traffic-related offenses.
HPD was assisted by Kentucky State Police, Kentucky Fish and Wildlife and the Lebanon Junction Police Department.
