An 89-year-old Elizabethtown man was indicted last week by a Hardin County grand jury on one count of first-degree sexual abuse of a child younger than 12.

If convicted, Arlie Cleary could be sentenced to five to 10 years in prison on the Class C felony.

According to Cleary’s direct indictment, the accusation reportedly happened Aug. 2. Kentucky State Police investigated.

When arrested, Cleary will be held in lieu of a $10,000 cash bond at the Hardin County Detention Center.

• Christopher Cilyok, 51, Big Clifty, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance – methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia; first-degree possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine.

• Tiffany Proctor, 29, Radcliff, second offense driving under the influence of intoxicants; first-degree fleeing or evading police in a motor vehicle; second-degree disorderly conduct; first-degree wanton endangerment of a police officer; first-degree wanton endangerment; first-degree attempted escape; first offense driving on suspended or revoked license; resisting arrest.

• Meshelle Spencer, 50, Glasgow, first-degree bail jumping.

• David Coomes, 36, Bardstown, first-degree bail jumping.

• Gabriel Romero, 31, Elizabethtown, second-degree assault.

• Kennard French, 36, Radcliff, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance – methamphetamine.

• Steven Deloney Jr., 38, Eliza­beth­town, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance – methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia; second-degree persistent felony offender.

• Ricky Starry, 38, Louisville, first-­degree bail jumping.

• Larry Oldham, 37, Upton, prohibited use of an electronic communication system to procure a minor/peace officer regarding a sex offense; distribution of obscene material to a minor.

• Gabriel Edge, 34, Elizabethtown, first-degree possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, gun enhanced.

The following people accepted rocket docket plea agreements for felony charges:

• Danny Puckett, 57, Glendale, first-­degree possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine.

• Kaitlynn Savoy, 26, Radcliff, complicity to fraudulent use of a credit card more than $500.

• Jennifer Bacon, 43, Elizabethtown, first-degree possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine.
