Hardin County Schools is seeking district-wide accreditation through Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and AdvancED. Part of the process includes receiving parent feedback. The district has a survey available to parents on its website at www.hardin.kyschools.us.
The survey consists of less than 40 questions and is estimated to take less than 15 minutes to complete.
About 100 top scholars from Hardin and Meade County high schools will be recognized for academic achievements at a luncheon Thursday. Western Kentucky University and Fort Knox Federal Credit Union will host the luncheon at Hardin County Schools Early College and Career Center.
Elizabethtown Community and Technical College will recognize seven alumni for exemplary service to their professions and communities by inducting them Oct. 12 into the college’s Hall of Distinguished Alumn, according to an ECTC news release.
