An Elizabethtown man was sentenced to 10 years in prison as a result of a 2013 assault at a party in Radcliff.
Kristopher A. Raasch, 40, pleaded guilty to first-degree assault and tampering with physical evidence. He was sentenced Tuesday in Hardin Circuit Court to 10 years for the assault and five years for the tampering charge to run concurrently for a total of 10 years.
A Radcliff man charged with sex crimes with a girl younger than 14 was sentenced to five years in prison.
Jordan A. Farmer, 20, was sentenced to five years for a charge second-degree rape and 12 months each for two counts of sexual misconduct and one count of third-degree sexual abuse. The sentences are to run concurrent for a total of five years.
