An Irvington man charged with murder for his involvement in a June 22 fatal crash at the intersection of Deckard School Road and Patriot Parkway appeared Tuesday in Hardin District Court for an arraignment, but will have to wait another day to set a preliminary hearing.
Michael Todd Hilton, 34, appeared but had no attorney present. He is scheduled to return to court at 8:45 a.m. today.
Hilton told the court he hired attorney Richard Hardin, but Hardin was unable to be in court. Hardin was to send another attorney in his place, but she was not present.
