An Elizabethtown man was arrested early Tuesday morning for driving under the influence on South Dixie Boulevard — his fourth DUI arrest since October 2010.
Jerry T. Williams, 54, of the 400 block of Kentucky Drive, was arrested at 12:57 a.m. He had a 5-year-old girl in the backseat, who was not in a child restraint or booster seat, police said.
A fourth DUI is a Class D felony offense, punishable by up to five years in prison, if convicted.
This is the second arrest in less than two weeks of a Hardin County resident receiving a fourth DUI.
