An Elizabethtown man was indicted in Hardin Circuit Court this week on a burglary charge.
Isaac Spencer Lavery, 21, was charged with second-degree burglary, a Class C felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison, if convicted.
According to the indictment, Lavery committed burglary Aug. 15 when he forced entrance through the back door of a residence on Canary Drive with two other juveniles with intent to commit theft.
An indictment is an allegation, not a proof of guilt. Lavery is innocent until proven guilty.
