Animals such as alligators, bison, kangaroos and elk are on the menu for Elizabethtown Community and Technical College’s exotic game dinner.

The dinner is hosted by the college’s culinary arts program and the dining selection includes entrees, appetizers, desserts and side dishes.

This year’s proceeds from the exotic game dinner go to the college’s University Center and scholarships for students. The University Center will allow ECTC students to get a college degree beyond an associate degree through partnerships with regional colleges and universities. The college hopes to house the University Center in the student center.

The dinner is from 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 25 in Room 303 of the Occupational Technical Building on the Elizabethtown campus.

A sample of the menu includes elk, bison, bear, wild boar, rabbit, pheasant, camel, shark, quail and venison.

Tickets are $50 each and can be purchased by contacting Tina Love at klove0022@kctcs.edu or 270-706-8405. There is no takeout option.
