Fire damages residence in Radcliff
Smoke pours from the roof of the residence at 139 Mill Creek Road, which suffered severe damage Sunday night. The homeowner, Jacqueline Decker, was alerted to the flames by neighbors and escaped unharmed. Radcliff Fire Chief Jamie Henderson said flames had pierced the roof when crews arrived shortly after receiving the call at 6:41 p.m. Sunday. The flames generally were confined to the attic, Henderson said, but the entire house suffered water and smoke damage.
