Pearl Hollow Landfill has its final free service day of the year this weekend.

From 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Hardin County residents have an opportunity to get rid of trash for free.

No tires, batteries, anti-freeze, motor oil, paint or any flowing liquids are accepted. Refrigerators and air conditioning units must have freon removed and proper stamps applied.

All loads residents take also must be secured and covered.

The event is for Hardin County residents only and is not for commercial businesses or contractors.

For information, call 270-506-1062 or 423-716-0034.
