A part became unhinged from a Navy helicopter in flight Saturday afternoon and fell in Radcliff, striking a home on Hill Street, Radcliff Police Chief Jeff Cross said.

Cross said nobody was injured.

The window hit a gutter on the Hill Street residence and then part of a wooden front porch, snapping the wood.

Cross said police were called to the scene around 3:30 p.m.
