A Radcliff woman died in a traffic collision in Iowa.

The funeral is at 1 p.m. Wednesday for Tia Monique Newsome at her home church, Morning Star Baptist in Radcliff.

Newsome, 29, died Monday after her 2007 Dodge Caliber collided with a tractor trailer at the outskirts of Carroll, Iowa. According to media reports, Iowa State Patrol said Newsome’s car passed through a stop sign and struck the passenger side of the truck driven by Cody Michael Farrell, 24, of Glidden, Iowa.

Newsome, a mother of two, was dead at the scene, according to authorities. Farrell reported no injuries.
