HALL Kelsie


Kelsie Hall has been hired as the new executive director of The Historic State Theater.

Hall replaces Zack Humphrey in the position.

Hall comes to her new position from a post at Republic Bank in Louisville, according to board of directors chairman John Gani.

“She spearheaded online and social networking for in bank promotion, bank sponsored community events, including event planning, implementation and volunteer coordination,’’ Gani said.

He said, “...the board was looking for someone with the energy, ideas, passion and vision for our future at the theater.’’

Hall interned at the YUM Center in the marketing department and has held several leadership positions including Vice President of Philanthropic Services for Sigma Kappa Sorority at the University of Louisville.

She also has worked with the development team at the Make A Wish Foundation in Kentucky and Indiana.
