Second offense operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants with aggravating circumstances, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 180 days in jail, ordered to serve 14 days with credit for one day served and balance probated. Fined $350 plus court costs and service fee. Total: $980. Must complete 25 hours of community service and marijuana education program. License suspended for 18 months.

• Henry L. Butler (1977). First offense operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants. Sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for one day served and balance probated. Fined $200 plus court costs and service fee. Total: $764. License suspended for 120 days.

• Toby E. Clark (1966). Third offense operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants with aggravating circumstances. Sentenced to 12 months in jail, ordered to serve nine months with balance probated and credit for seven days served. Fined $500 plus court costs and service fee. Total: $1,039. License suspended for 36 months.

• Christopher James Hite (1984). Second offense operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants. Sentenced to 180 days in jail, ordered to serve 14 days with balance probated and credit for one day served. Fined $350 plus court costs and service fee. Total: $945. License suspended for 18 months.

• Emma Rosemary Riney (1998). Second offense operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants. Sentenced to 37 days in jail, ordered to serve seven days with balance probated and credit for one day served. Fined $350 plus court costs and service fee. Total: $914. License suspended for 18 months.

• Jerrie Jean Thompson (1965). First offense operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants. Sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for 11 days served and balance probated. Fined $200 plus court costs and service fee. Total: $779. License suspended for 120 days.
