• Brian Baker (1991). Fourth-degree assault, domestic violence with minor injury. Sentenced to 365 days in jail, ordered to serve 30 days with balance probated for two years and credit for 12 days served. Must pay court costs of $195.

• Daniel Allen Beu­mel (1970). Harassment with physical contact. Sen­ten­ced to 90 days in jail with credit for one day served and balance probated for two years. Must pay court costs of $195.

• Zachary Dakota Bo­lin (1992). Operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked license and first offense failure to maintain required auto insurance. Sentenced to 30 days in jail, probated for two years. Fined $1,000 plus court costs. Total: $1,164.

• Alexander L. Brown (1995). Theft by unlawful taking, shoplifting. Sentenced to 90 days in jail, probated for two years. Must complete 50 hours of community service and pay court costs of $220.
