First offense failure to maintain required auto insurance, license to be in possession and operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked license plus violations for reckless driving, careless driving, failure to produce insurance card and possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle. Sentenced to 30 days in jail, probated. Fined $1,000 plus court costs with $900 probated. Total: $254.
