• Dustin Drew Chinn (1995). Second offense fleeing or evading police on foot and resisting arrest. Merged with cases involving theft by unlawful taking, shoplifting, plus second-degree disorderly conduct and public intoxication controlled substance, excluding alcohol. Sentenced to 365 days in jail with credit for 53 days served and balance probated for two years. Must pay court costs of $220. Subject to CMS requirements. Must stay out of Five Star stores as a condition of probation.

• Bernard Nathaniel Cuffee III (1979). First offense failure to maintain required auto in­sur­ance. Fined $1,000, probated. Subject to insurance monitoring. Must pay court costs of $154.

• Timothy M. Donovan Jr. (1999). Contempt of court. Must serve 20 days in jail.

• Dontray Grimes (1996). Public intoxication controlled substance, excluding alcohol, plus second-degree disorderly conduct and public intoxication controlled substance, excluding alcohol. Sentenced to 90 days in jail with credit for 76 days served. Court costs waived.

• Mariah L. Hay (2000). Theft by deception including cold checks. Sentenced to 12 months in jail, ordered to serve 30 days with balance probated and credit for two days served. Must pay court costs. Ordered to stay out of Walmart as a condition of probation.

• Craig Lee Haynes (1984). Operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked license. Fined $100 plus court costs. Total: $284.

• Kenny J. Heflin (1976). First offense failure to maintain required auto insurance and operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked license plus violations for no or expired registration receipt, no or expired registration plate and improper display of registration plate. • Shawn Keys (1990). First offense trafficking in marijuana, less than 8 ounces. Sentenced to 12 months in jail. Must pay court costs of $220.
