Sophomore strong-side hitter Crystal Felefata had seven kills, six digs and three aces to help lead the homestanding John Hardin Lady Bulldogs to a 25-18, 25-9 win over 15th District rival Fort Knox on Thursday.

Junior middle hitter Amanda Vuleta chipped in with eight kills, while junior outside hitter Eishian Rodriguez had 12 assists, one dig and one ace.

ELIZABETHTOWN — Progress on the Field of Dreams multi-sports complex propelled forward Wednesday with a major land purchase to round out the three-property purchase plan devised for the project.

The Elizabethtown Tourism and Convention Bureau announced at its regular meeting that the city of Elizabethtown has reached an agreement with Flint Group to purchase land its their facility on Ring Road.
