  • Elevator repairs needed months before HMH accident

    ELIZABETHTOWN –  According to state safety inspection reports, one of the two problems related to the malfunction of unit 9, the car involved in last month’s elevator accident at Hardin Memorial Hospital, was supposed to have been fixed after an inspector discovered it in June.
