HARDIN COUNTY — Feeling a little sluggish at work? Drained by stress and the daily grind?
An energy drink may boost the adrenaline briefly, but the best solution may lie in the bedroom, said Ray Bragg, manager of the Sleep Center at Hardin Memorial Hospital.
Bragg said the amount of sleep a person gets is important, but the structure of the bedroom in a home should not be ignored.
