    Mr. and Mrs. William Hazelwood of Elizabethtown announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Erin Elizabeth Hager, to Clayton Thomas Adams, son of Pamela Adams of McDaniels and Jim Adams of Martinsville, Ind.

    The bride-to-be is a 2006 graduate of John Hardin High School and 2010 graduate of Elizabethtown Community and Technical College with an Associate in Applied Science degree in business administration.

    Thomas B. Ashley, 88, of Johnson City, Tenn., formerly of Elizabethtown, died Monday, Aug. 23, 2010. The funeral is at 11 a.m. today at Nelson-Edelen-Bennett Funeral Home in Radcliff with burial in North Hardin Memorial Gardens. Visitation continues at 10 a.m. today at the funeral home.

    Norma Jean Thomas, 83, of Elizabethtown, died Saturday, July 31, 2010. A memorial Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. James Catholic Church in Elizabethtown.
