  • EIS superintendent candidates down to six



    ELIZABETHTOWN — The applicant pool for city schools superintendent has been narrowed to six.

    The Elizabethtown Independent Schools board accepted the applications of six candidates who were recommended by a screening committee for the search in a closed session of a special board meeting Monday evening, Board Chairman Guy Wallace said. Wallace wouldn’t disclose the names of the candidates at the time because of the confidentiality of personnel issues.

The funeral is at 11 a.m. Thursday at Radcliff United Methodist Church with burial in North Hardin Memorial Gardens in Radcliff.
