From one soldier to another
You may have seen an article in the paper or heard from a friend about the Casing of the Colors Ceremony for the U.S. Army Armor School, or you may be thinking, “Didn’t that already happen?” Well no, it has not. But it will Friday, June 10, at 9 a.m. at Brooks Field on Fort Knox. Through 70 years more than 300,000 soldiers and Marines learned the skills to become tankers, scouts, or mechanics and many of us chose to retire here in the area.
