What conduct should be expected of a public servant, particularly in their downtime? Are community leaders ever “off duty” in that sense?
Community expectation may vary but questions have arisen following recent arrests of the school superintendent and a deputy county coroner in LaRue County. In the same week, each was arrested and charged with driving under the influence by the Hodgenville Police Department.
