SCHOOL NEWS. Lakewood Elementary School will have spirit night from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Mr. Gatti’s. Come out and support your school. I know the kids would enjoy the evening and just think mom, you wouldn’t have to cook.

Winter time came in with a fury. I was hoping we would break the record of not having any snow in January since 1931 or 32. But we failed big time. Better now than when springtime is supposed to be here.
