An Article 32 hearing in the shooting death of a civilian U.S. Army employee has been delayed.
Originally set to begin Wednesday, Fort Knox officials said Monday the hearing has been postponed. A new date has not been announced.
Sgt. Marquinta Jacobs, 36, of Radcliff is accused of shooting Lloyd R. Gibert, 51, of Elizabethtown last month in a parking lot near the Human Resources Command building on post.
Jacobs, who is lodged at Marion County Detention Center, is charged with premeditated murder and aggravated assault.
