After reviewing grand jury testimony, a Hardin circuit judge has reduced the bond and amended a charge of a defendant in a case of sexual assault.
Judge Kelly Mark Easton entered an order Wednesday to reduce Ronald Phillips’ bond and amend his indicted charge of sodomy to first-degree sexual abuse, a Class D felony.
Leona Waddell helped her mother make baskets when she was growing up.
