An Elizabethtown teen faces more than 20 theft- and drug-related charges following an indictment by a Hardin County grand jury.
Kyle David Schwanz, 19, was indicted Thursday on three counts of receiving stolen property less than $10,000, three counts of theft of a legend drug, second-degree burglary, receiving a stolen firearm, second-degree fleeing or evading police, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and 11 counts of receiving stolen property less than $500.
