    The Central Hardin Lady Bruins split two games in Paducah on Saturday.

    The Lady Bruins lost to Heath, 2-0 and beat Paducah Tilghman, 2-1.

    Central Hardin played without most of its two-way players because of a junior varsity tournament and senior defender Elena Hitch.

    Heath led 1-0 at the half and sophomore keeper Ainsley Moreman made seven saves.

    Against Tilghman, junior midfielder Paige Redmond scored on a 25-yard free kick and junior midfielder Jamie Donahue scored on a cross from senior midfielder Katie Meredith.

    Allen County-Scottsville snapped a four-match losing streak with a 25-17, 25-16 win over visiting North Hardin on Saturday.

    The loss snapped the Lady Trojans’ two-match winning streak, which matched North Hardin’s longest such streak of the season.

    Senior libero Lindsey Blair paced the Lady Trojans with 14 digs and three aces, while junior outside hitter Jessie Shartzer chipped in with seven digs and three kills.
