Meade County junior Kaleb Lancaster fell into a lot of bad habits with his swing, so his focus the entire offseason was to correct those flaws. Sounds easy enough, right?
Identifying the errors in a swing is the easy part, but breaking those old habits is a much more difficult task. Lancaster, though, was determined to get it right.
“It was extremely hard,” he said. “It took about four or five months to get it right. From the beginning of October to February, all through that time, that’s the only thing I worked on.”
