    OWENSBORO — The Central Hardin High School volleyball team rebounded from one of the Lady Bruins’ worst performances at the Apollo Summer Slamdown with one of their best.

    After a 2-3 showing last year in one of western Kentucky’s top opening-weekend tournaments, the unranked and upstart Lady Bruins went 7-0 Friday and Saturday to win the 25-team tournament that featured two ranked teams in the Kentucky Volleyball Coaches’ Association preseason top 25 poll.
