    Junior guard Jacob Bewley made 3-of-5 free throws, including the front of end of a one-and-one after a steal with 1.8 seconds remaining, to help the Green Wave stun the Owensboro Apollo Eagles, 67-64 on Monday in the Boys’ 3rd Region Tournament semifinals at the Owensboro Sportscenter.

    After competing in region tournaments during Valentines Day weekend, athletes and coaches were geared up for the KHSAA State Wrestling Championships the following weekend. But a winter storm paralyzed the state and caused school districts to miss several days.
