    ALABAMA — The Elizabethtown High School baseball team went 1-2 on Friday and Saturday during its spring break trip against Alabama teams.

    -- On Friday, Thompson pitcher Jacobe Swindle struck out 12 as his Warriors (14-12) beat Elizabethtown, 3-2.

    Swindle allowed five hits and six walks in five innings.

    Senior Chase Greenwell had two doubles for Elizabethtown. Carter Elmore took the loss.

    The Panthers took a 2-0 lead in the top of the fifth, but the Warriors rallied for three runs in the bottom half of the inning.
