    ELIZABETHTOWN — Sophomore point guard Natalie Greenwell had 21 points, four assists and three steals as the second-ranked Elizabethtown Lady Panthers routed visiting Lexington Paul Dunbar on Saturday night, 78-51.

    Senior post Alex Jones added 19 points, nine rebounds and two blocks for the Lady Panthers (25-2), while sophomore forward Adelaide Luckett had 10 points and seven rebounds.

    Senior forward Jasmine Deaderick added nine points and senior guard Dorian Downs chipped in with seven points, four assists and four rebounds.
