A Radcliff woman is facing multiple felony charges after she reportedly fired a handgun from an upstairs apartment complex Monday morning, endangering four people in a residence below her.
Crystal S. Chin, 31, is charged with four counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, a Class D felony punishable by one to five years in prison, if convicted.
According to an arrest citation, the bullet traveled through the upstairs floor and into the apartment below. Chin allegedly admitted to firing the weapon.
Radcliff police found the handgun under a mattress, along with two bags of marijuana, the document said. She also is charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
Chin is being held in the Hardin County Detention Center. She is scheduled to appear today in Hardin District Court.
