Elizabethtown police arrested a Hodgenville man Monday afternoon after he reportedly took his cellphone and placed it between a woman’s legs as she shopped at a business, according to an arrest citation.

Ismael Collado Diaz, 50, was charged with voyeurism, a Class A misdemeanor, punishable by up to one year in prison, if convicted.

According to an arrest citation, the woman felt something between her legs and when she looked down she saw a phone and a hand.

When an officer spoke with Diaz, he said he did not have any photographs of the woman and agreed to allow the officer to see his phone. Police found a video of the woman, according to the citation.

The woman said Diaz deleted a photo that she saw.

He will appear today in Hardin District Court.
