Central Kentucky Community Foundation has groundbreaking for new headquarters

Members of the community, students and teachers hoist their shovels Friday at a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Central Kentucky Community Foundation headquarters in a lot owned by CKCF on Jim Owens Drive adjacent to the Hardin County Public Library in Elizabethtown.
